The annual picnic or the Auckland Gun Unb was held at. the clubs grounds .-.t I aumure yesterday, when there was a lar-e attendance of members and friends. The first pw.ep wa«. divided bv A. The second shoot, for the Great Northern l.rpwory trophy, was won by F. Ilaard tl-ydst. with nine out of ten. The second pnzo was divided by F. Ewinc (13vd*i with seven out of sev< n. There were 1C shooters. TLe principal match of the dav. for Mr ttus_sell * trophy, a canteen of cuilerr was a 10-bird match. Messrs, F. Curtis (ir.vds) and S>. Roberts (14yds) tied with 14 each. Ibcy divided first and second prize miicn. and in the shoot-off for the trophv F. Cun'.s won on the tenth round. The third prize was divided by J. E.
