Marshall : delegates to South Auckland Union, Messrs. J. Pollock and C. Lauer; olticial timekeeper, Mr. Kobt. Brownlee. In view of the fact that the altiliation of a recently-formed Secondary Schools' Uld Boys' Club would seriously aliect several of the other clubs, a verbal application from this club was withdrawn until next year, when strong representations for altiliation will be made. The union promised that it would assist the club towards the end of the approaching season to obtain matches with outside teams. Since the constitution o£ the union a scheme of allocating players who take up their residence in I'ukekohe after the commencement of the season has been in operalion. It was decided to drop this scheme and to permit newcomers to play for any club they choose, so long as they comply with the residential qualification rule. A recommendation by the City Club that three rounds be played instead of two, and that club competitions be completed before the commencement of representative fixtures was referred to the management committee. It was decided to eo-operatc with the Franklin Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club in holding a seven-aside Kugby tournament and athletic meeting on April 'So. The management committee was asked to consider the advisability of appointing a junior advisory committee with a view of catering for junior players whom, it was stated, had been sadly neglected in the past.
