COMPETITION WINNERS

At the weekly meeting last night of the A.CA. Executive, Mr. E. E. Nalder presiding, it was decided to donate £5 towards the expenses of the team travelling to Hamilton on Friday, and Mr. E. C. Beale was authorised to appoint a manager. It was decided to invest the bequest of £400 made by the late Sir Henry Brett. R. Reddolls (Y.M.C.A.) was awarded the Watts bat for the best bowling performance in March. It was decided that Epsom United and Henderson play off the third grade final at Eden Tark on Friday (10 a.m. to 5.15 p.m.). North Shore and Eden were bracketed as winners of the senior B competition, and Akarana, Y.M.C.A. and North Shore were declared partners in teh second grade honours while "Herald*' was declared the third grade winner.
