Hoth imports ami exports made hi<; advances compared wit 1\ February. Kxports amounted to £('i2.00(l,000, being an inerenso of £9,000.000. and imports amounted to £11.'!,.">(10.000, showing an increase of £1'2,300,000. The exports were the highest recorded ! since March of last year. I Tho latest weekly return shows n | decrease of 7029 in the unemployed, the total figure being 1.073.500. This is onlv j 24,014 more than a year apro, thus showing that the effect of the industrial j struggle of last year is nearly wiped out in re-peet of iniemphiynient.
