PARENTS AT VARIANCE
In the Supreme Court to-dav. before Mr. Justice Stringer, Kemp (Mr. inder). applied for custody of her child from Thomas Patrick Kemp ( \j r McLiver). " ' Counsel stated that Kemp placed the child, a girl of 11 years, in a conven. against the wishes of his wife, and would net tell her where she was. The husband alleged that his wife was net looking after the child properly. Miv McLiver conferred with the husband at the instigation of his Honor, and it was decided to return the child to the home, and to adjourn the case for one month. His Honor said he hoped rh-> parties would get together an,! srmabblinu. They should show f a nee in the matter.
