The toast of "The Minister of Lands" was proposed by Mr. 11. -M. Corbett (chairman of tho Ohineimiri Comity Council). Mr. A. M. Samuel. M.P., Ohineimiri, proposed the toast of "The Minister of Public Works," making special reference to the personal popii~ larity and merit of the Hon. Mr. Williams.
