MISHAP TO FIRE ENGINE
(By Telecrnpti.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON", tins day. When a fire engine was returning along Riddiford Street to the Constable Street station on Saturday evening, the rear axle snapped and the left-hand rear wheel came off. The engine was not travelling fast, and no one was hurt.
