WOMAN AGAIN.
Cause of Split in British Cabinet. VOTES FOR FLAPPERS. LONDON, April 1. There arc indications of an acute split between members of the Cabinet on the question of votes for flappers, says the political correspondent of the "Times." The writer says the meeting of the Cabinet this week considered enfranchising women between the ages of 21 and 30, to which certain Ministers are opposed. This resulted in a previouslyrejected compromise being reconsidered. The Prime Minister, Mr. Baldwin, is expected to make a definite statement on the subject before Easter.
