SHOT BY PEA-RIFLE.
MIXER SERIOUSLY INJURED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) IXVERCARGILL, this day. Gordon Irwin, married, a miner at Ohai, was shot in the abdomen through a pea ritfe exploding while he was getting through a fence. He underwent an operation at the hospital. His condition is serious.
