PLAINTIFF GETS £248 DAMAGES.
Mr. Strong (for plaintiff) detailed the injuries received by plaintiff, who, he said, was now subject to frequent and acute headaches, pains in the back, :md also had suffered permanent injuries to her nervous system. Dr. Rlackley. of New Plymouth, said plaintiff since the accident had suffered from superorbital neuralgia. which caused acute headaches, producing serious depression. Backache. and headaches were direct consequences of the accident. At plaintiff's time of life the effect on her nervous system was severe and improvement in her condition was problematical. A verdict for £248 3/ was given by the jury and judgment was entered accordingly.
