CHILE'S PLAN.
CONTROLLING COMMUNISTS. (Received 1.30 p.m.) XEW YORK, February 27. Advices from Santiago state the Chilian Government has announced that 108 Communist agitators will be deported to Easter Island. There will be neither cable nor radio communication with the settlement, ■which, however, will be visited by trading ships four or five times a year. The Government will permit deportees to complete autonomy, although they will be under guard to prevent the destruction of Government property. Their families will be permitted to accompany them, so it is expected the deportees will total 400.
