Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Section 2S of the Rating Amendment Act, 1910, an additional charge of 10 per centum will be added to all Rates remaining unpaid after tlio 19th day of March, 1927. Numbers of rate demands posted to the last known address of respective ratepayers have been returned unclaimed, and ratepayers not having received notices should inquire at the Board's office. Persons who have purchased sections should also inquire as to whether the rates have been paid on the sections purchased, as the non-payment of rates in all cases renders the property liable to be sold in default.
