TAHITI AND MARAMA. 1 There being no overseas or intercolonial arrivals in port to-day, the waterfront was consequently very quiet. The Japanese steamer Saka Jlaru is still discharging, but is expected to complete this evening, and will probably sail to-morrow morning for Wellington. To-morrow, however, since the passenger steamer Marama from Sydney, and the Royal Mail liner Tahiti from Vancouver both radio that they expect to make their arrival at 11 a.m., the port will be somewhat more busy. Movements of steamers under the flag of the Union Co. are announced as follows :— The Wainui is to sail from Auckland for Tokomaru Bay, Gishorne, and Napier at o o'clock to-morrow evening. The Waipiata arrived at Auckland from Southern ports yesterday, and is expected to sail on Wednesday evening next for Wellington. Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oaraaru, and Timaru. The Kaponga is to be dispatched for Greymouth on Thursday next. The Kaituna is expectcd to sail from Greymouth at 5 o'clock this evening for Auckland, via Westport. The Katoa is fixed to load at Port Craig to-morrow, and will complete at Dunedin for Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. The Wingatul is to load at Dunedin about Monday next for Auckland, via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellingtotn.

KAIKOR'AI FOR NEWCASTLE. A departure to lie taken from Auckland at 5 o'clock to-morrow evening is the Union Co.'s steamer Kaikorai for Newcastle. She is berthed at the Queen's wharf. THE SAKA MARL'. Now unloading the local portion of licr cargo of hardwood from Bunbary at the King's wharf, the Japanese steamer Saka Mnru is expected to complete this evening, and will sail at 6.30 to-morrow morning for Wellington and Dunedin. KARTIGI BARBOEND. , The Union Co.'s steamer Kartigi, owing to the had weather conditions, has been barbbund at Greymouth, and her departure for Auckland has been somewhat delayed. It is probable, however, that she will be dispatched from the Southern port this evening. — THE QUEEN ELEANOR. The New Zealand Shipping Company announce that the steamer Queen Eleanor is to sail from St. John on March 25 for Auckland. For further discharge of her cargo of general merchandise the steamer will proceed from this port to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Australian ports. WAIHORA AT NEW PLYMOUTH. Laden with cargo from South Australian ports, the Union Company's steamer Waihora arrived at New Plymouth on Saturday afternoon last. To complete the unloading of her cargo she is to sail for Auckland and Southern ports to-morrow, and is due to arrive here about Friday. MARAMA TO-MORROW MORNING. An expected arrival at Auckland at, 11 o'clock to-morrow morning is the Union Co.'s intercolonial steamer Marama, with passengers, mails, and general cargo from Sydney, She will berth at the Queen's wharf. For her return trin to the Australian port the steamer is announced to sail from here at 3 o'clock on Friday afternoon next. TAHITI FOR AUCKLAND. A departure taken from Suva at noon on Saturday last was the mail liner Tahiti, in continuation of her vovage from Vancouver to Auckland. She is due to arrive at this port at 10 o'clock to-morrow morning, and will berth at the western side of the Queen's wharf. At Ift o'clock to-morrow evening the Tahiti is announced to sail for Sydney.

FAKEIIA LOADING. An arrival at Auckland nn Saturday evening last was the Shaw. Savlll. and Albion Line steamer Pakeha. from ElulT. She is liprthed at the Prince's wharf, and is loading produce for Home, Later she will proceed to Wellington fill up, and is announced to sail finally from the Capital port for London on March 0. Messrs. L. D. Nathan and Co. are the local agents. NCCULA BUNKERING RENOWN. For the purpose .of pumping oil into the Renown's tanks, the Admiralty oil tauker Nucula berthed alongside the battle-cruiser this morning. Refuelling operations are expected to be completed to-morrow, and on Wednesday the tanker Is to sail for San Pedro to load another cargo of oil fuel for the use of the warships of the New Zealand squadron. CITY OF KIMBERLEY. It is announced by the New Zealand Shipping Company that the A. and A.' Line's chartered steamer City of Kimherly, which is sailing in the stead of the City of Yokohama. jvas dispatched from New York for Auckland on February 17. She is due here about March 14, and, after the discharge of the, local portion of her cargo of case oil and general merchandise, will sail for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunediu, and Bluff,

The Motu is to sail at 4 o'clock this afternoon for Whakatane. The Northern Co.'s steamer Otimai is to be dispatched at 4 o'clock this afternoon for Opotiki and Kutarere. The lUcliardson Line steamer Mako, which is due to arrive at Napier early this week is expected to arrive back at Auckland at the end of the week, to load again for East Coast ports. The Nobel auxiliary ketch Miro was dispatched from Auckland at 7 o'clock this morning with a cargo of explosives for Whangarei. On Thursday next she is to return to Auckland to load explosives for Paeroa. The Richardson Line steamer Awaliou arrived at Auckland from East Coast bays to-day and berthed at the Central wharf. She is announced by the local agents (Messrs. Watkins and Wallis) to sail for Tokomaru Bay, Toioga Bay and Gisborne at (J o'clock to-morrow evening. lIUIA TO LOAD. At present undergoing overhaul on the slip, the auxiliary schooner Huia is to commence loading timber at Auckland early next week for Brisbane. Thence she will proceed to Melbourne to load a cargo of explosives for Queensland ports. MATAKANA REPORTED. En route from Wellington to London, the Shaw, Savill and Albion Line steamer Matakana is reported to have sailed from Colon. She was dispatched from the Capital port on February 1. PIRI FOU SYDNEY. A projected departure from Auckland this evening is the Nobel auxiliary schooner Piri, iaden with a cargo of timber for Sydney. On completing her discharge she will then proceed to Grafton to load a cargo of hardwood for Auckland. She is berthed at the King's wharf. THE ANGLO EGYPTIAN. > ' Laden with a full cargo of sulphur from Galveston, Texas, the steamer Anglo Egyptian arrived at New Plymouth yesterday? From the Taranaki port the steamer will proceed to Australia! RAEANGA FOR AUCKLAND. Cabled information received from London confirms the departure from that port on Saturday last of the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Raranga, for Auckland. She is due here on April 5, and from this port will proceed to Dunedin, Bluff and Nelson. THE TAINUI. A departure taken from Southampton on Saturday last was the Shaw, Savill and Albion Line steamer Tainui, for Wellington. She is due to arrive at the New Zealand port oil April 6.
