CHRISTCHURCH. Against Old Collegiane Sydenham scored 301 (C. Oliver 101, Robertson 83, W. Oliver 105, Cunningham 103). For Old Collegians Sugden took three wickets for 124 runs, Pengelly one for 89, Hamilton three for 47, Lawrence one for 22.» Against West Christchurch Linwood scored 294 (Boon 122). Cocks took two wickets for 67 runs, Yates four for 80, Jarrett three for 54. West Christchurch lost four wickets for 49. The East Christchurch team, playing Old Boys, was dismissed for 247 (Gregory 113). Bowling, Merrett took six wickets ■for 86. Old Boys lost no wickets for 88. iticcarton scored 296 against St. Albans (Roberts 63, Haines 40,. W. Guiney 48. Puller 60, Gibbs 63). Norrie took two wickets for 66, D. Sandman two for 79, W. Sandham two for 50, Thomas three for 100, DUNEDIN. In the senior cricket competition yesterday Carisbrook made 338 runs against Albion. Blunt, with a score of 121, made his fourth century of the season. He gave a chance at 18, but afterwards batted faultlessly. The next best scores were Douglas 57, Dickinson 36, Cantrell 35. Albion has no wiekets down for 59 (Blamires 31 not out). A feature of the Dunedin-Grange match was the fine innings of 61 played by the veteran bowler Torrance, who scored at a °Fn all bowlers ' Cavanagh 33, Ch «"y 29, also batted well for DunFor Grange Alloo took four wickets for <S, and Conradi two for 42.
