MAN'S LEG FRACTURED

NELSON, Wednesday,

An accident occurred on the racecourse early this morning. W. Creighton was exercising the horse Dominion Rose when the animal got out of control and raced two or three times round the track. It then collided with a fence near the saddling paddock, throwing Creighton, who sustained a fracture of the right leg. He was admitted to the hospital.
