I should like to ask who controls the traffic on the Point Chevalier route. I hf-lieve some bus owners are lined for overcrowding. Well. I would like to 1 now what overcrowding i=. On Wednesday evening I travelled from Point ( hevalier to the city on the bug, and the '•nnditions were simply disgraceful. I n ied to count the passengers, but that w.is an impossibility, but the fact that ihere were seven people on the step or in the vicinity will give an idea of the n-owd inside.
