MAN .TEST OCT OF <kU»L. (Hy Tclesraph.— Tress Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Discharged from Invercargill Prison a month ago, after serving half of a live years' reformative sentence imposed on him for theft. Cyril Thomas .Miller (ISI [.leaded guilty to-day to two charges of theft from Euphemia McLood. it was stated that accused came to Wellington and took a room from complainant, who kept a shop and let rooms in Vivian Street. He twice entered the sin.p. taking .<;:; and i.'S from the till. A sentence of .*i\ months" hard labour was imposed.
