The testator died in May, 1920, leaving a will under which he pave the claimant £20, a relative in " Kupland £50, and the whole of the residue amounting to £900. to his two sons.

After hearing argument his Honor I said that 110 sufficient prounds had boon ' shown why plaintiff should have been ! practically excluded from the will.
