FRANCONIA'S PASSENGERS. { i RIVER SERVICES TAXED. I (By Telegraph.—Pren Association.* I WANGANUI, Tuesday. In the past two days 216 tourists from the steamer Franconia have arrived at Wanganui. Half of the party arrived ' yesterday, and the remainder to-day. i They came via the Wanganui River. , where the charming scenery delighted them. The party is by far the largest ever , ' handled by the river services.
