MACARTNEY BENEFIT.
THE BEST FOLLOW ON. \ SYDNEY, February 21. The Macartney benefit match, was continued to-day between the Australian team which visited England and the Rest of Australia. The Rest in their first innings made 305 in reply to the Test eleven's 533. J To-day the Rest in their second inn- J ings took their overnight score of 32 to 146 for two wickets (Morgan 63 not ' out, Kippax 51). Stumps were then drawn owing to rain. Kippax and Morgan played Gregory and Mailey comfortably. Both batsmen were careful, but hit hard at anything loose. Kippax has now completed his 1000 runs this season. I
