North of England Badly Stricken. DEATH 3ATE ALARMING. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 21. Influenza is severest in the North of England, particularly in Liver- j pool, where the death rate is alarming. Undertakers in all districts are employing extra hands.
