PAY FOE M.L.C.'s. (Received 12.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The caucus approved a scheme for the payment of out-of-pocket expenses to members of the Legislative Council. They will be paid not more than £1 1/ per sitting, and will have to make individual application to the Treasury for the amount. A scheme for the payment of the Legislative councillors by deductions from Ministers' and Labour ( members', salaries was defeated.
