DELAY AT PRAIA. (Received 12.30 p.m.) ROME, February 20. Commander the Marchese di Pinedo, who reached Praia, Cape Verde Islands, yesterday, was unable to take off in continuation of his flight to South America owing to his machine being overloaded. He is expected to make another attempt to-day. LIGHT 'PLANE TO AUSTRALIA. LONDON, February 20. Mr. Bert Hinckler, the Australian aviator, is making plans to fly in a light aeroplane to Australia.
