Mrs. J. A. Wilson, of Canterbury, has been the guest of Mrs. A. L. Yule, Claudelands. Dr. and Mrs. Boyd, of Wellington, have been staying in Cambridge with Mrs. E. E. Roberts. Mrs. T. Piatt, of Hamilton, is spending some weeks in Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. Grimsby, of New Plymouth, have been on a visit to Cambridge, Mrs. 0. R. Farrer, of Hamilton, is staying in Napier with her sister, Mrs. R. Maclean. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Simmonds, of Wellington, are on a visit to Cambridge. Mr. and Mrs. T. Drennan has returned to Hamilton from a holiday spent in Australia. Mrs. E. C. Day, of Hamilton, is staying at Kawhia Beach. Mrs. R. J. Matthews, of Hamilton, is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. R. Matthews, Pukekohe. Mrs. E. C. Clarke has returned to Kawakawa from a holidav spent in Hamilton. Mrs. P. Parsons has left Waingaro to stay in Gisborne. , A farewell tennis party was given on Saturday at Mrs. E. J. Peake's, Maungatautari, for the Misses G. and L. Hay. Progressive tennis was played till dusk. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. Ken. Browne, Mr. and Mrs. E. Nickle, Mr. and Mrs. C. Peake, Mr. and Mrs. Hooper, Mr. and Mrs. F. Adams, Mr. and Mrs. J. T.
