STURT BEATS ROBSON.
In the semi-final round of the Remuera Club championship. N. G. Sturt beat H. L Robson. 4—6. 5—7. 6—4, 6 —3. 6—l. After being two sets down, Sturt settled dow-n and gave a good all round display. Robson's heavily-chopped strokes did not worry him. and in the last set Start was never in danger. It iE by far his best singles performance to date. Stu-t will meet the winner of Bartleet and Brinsden in the final.
