SHORE A V. GRAFTON.

The real issue in this match was decided in the first half-hour, when Bush and Daere carried Shore's total from 10€ for five wickets to 140, before Bush was dismissed after a very nice innings for 52. Immediatelv afterwards, Grafton's first innings' score of 147 was passed, and Daere went on to make 109 in dashing style before the Shore innings closed for 222. Excitement was promised ' when Grafton wickets fell quickly in the second innings, and Shore looked like getting a four-point win, but Wilson, Taylor, and Pope held up the Shore bowlers and saved the extra point for Grafton.
