LONDOX, January 20.
The mystery of the death of Mrs. Rushton," whose mutilated body was found on the railway line near Wickford in Essex, deepened when the police received through the post a handbag, intact, wrapped in brown paper. There is no clue to the sender.
The police were mystified by the finding o! the body of a young woman, Mrs. Dorothy Rushton, on the railway line near Wictford, -hssex. Jlrs. Rushton was i only married on Boxing Day. On Wed- ' nesday she parted with her husband t-i : affectionate terms, saying she was going : to see her sister at Lewisham. She never . arrived there. The train arrived at Wickford with all the carriage doors closed | The victim's handbag was missing.
