MOUNT EDEN CARNIVAL,
50 YARDS AUCKLAND CHAMPIONSHIP. The second carnival to be held by the M4unt Eden Swimming Club will take place at the Mount Eden baths on Monday, January 17. An attractive programme of events has been arranged, including the 50yds Auckland Championship, in which a number of sprint champions will take part Other events on the programme include : 100 yds Inter-club Handicap, 220 yds Breaststroke Handicap, 440 yds Cucksey Cup. handicap for declared members only. Novice, Junior Boys' and Girls' Handicaps. Nominations for all events close on Thursday next, January 13, at the Tepid Baths.
