INTERIM INJUNCTION.
PROPOSED ERECTION OF A MILL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. Justice MacGregor to-day granted an interim injunction restraining William Draper from erecting a sawmill in Waitara. Plaintiffs alleged that the mill would depreciate their properties.
