YOUNG RIVERA ASSAULTED. DUEL FORBIDDEN. MADRID, December 17. Miguel, the son of General de Rivera, the Prime Minister, hearing an artillery officer in a cafe criticise his father, protested, whereupon the officer punched him in the face.
