CLAIM FAILS.
VERDICT FOE DEPENDANT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The new trial for a claim by James Lang, draper, against the New Zealand Insurance Co. for f750 in respect to the Insurance of stock-in-trade destroyed by fire, after a three days' hearing,, ended in a verdict by the jury in favour of the defendant company.
