As from Monday the price of flour will be reduced by the Auckland flour millers to a rate that will be in accordance with the recent reductions in the South. As was noted earlier in the week, tlii-se alterations had been brought about by competition from Australia. The new rates, compared with those formerly ruling are as follow: — Present Prices. Pollard has been raised from i£o to £10 a ton. Bran is unaltered.
