CHRISTIAN. —On November 19, at Norfolk Island, Leonard Elliott, late of H.M.c.s. Iris, and father of the late J. M. Christian, Otahuhu. ECCLES. —On November 19, 1926, at his late residence, 4, Alma Street, Newmarket, John Charles, dearly-beloved husband of Emma Bilby Eccles, formerly Canon of Woodvllle and Vicar of .Walpawa H. 8.; aged 86 years. Interment at Wat pawa. November 19, at his residence, 42, Rose Road, Grey Lynn, James Alwood, beloved husband of Eliza Flanagan ; in his sixty-ninth year.
