AIR SERVICE PLANNED. APPROVED BY MINISTRY. MADRID, September 19. _ The Ministry has approved the creation of a company to conduct a weekly airship service to the Argentine from Seville, where an air port will be created at a cost of £1,250,000. Three airships are td cost £800,000 apiece to carry 40 passengers, 40 of a crew, and 16 tons of baggage. The Government voted £20,000 and agreed to subsidise the ' service to the maximum of £240,000 annually for five years, after which the air port becomes the Government property. The LZI27, the Zeppelin which is being built at Friedrichshafen for the EuropeSouth American mail and passenger service, is stated to be the biggest Zeppelin yet built, and can fly 6250 miles without a stop at a speed of 75 miles an hour. It has five 450-horse-power engines and is 7Soft long. It is lifted by 3,000,000 cubic feet of hydrogen, and carries a 15----ton paying load and 35 tons of new gaseous fuel, which is lighter than air, giving a third more power.
