LARGE EXTRIE.s, GOOD QUALITY. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) NGARUAYVAHIA, Friday. I The fifth show of the local Horticultural Society, held yesterday and to-day, was a great success. There were over 500 entries, of which UUU were in the flower classes. Mrs. Isdale secured most points in the flower classes. Mrs. Cavanagh took the points prize lor roses, and Mrs. Colhoun showed the champion bloom. There were very large entries in the needlework classes, and splendid samples of work were exhibited. The cookery classes were also well filled, and here, too", were good exhibits. The vegetable entries were likewise good and the quality up to standard.
