TXENDERSON TOWN BOAKD. SPECIAL ORDER AUTHORISING LOAN. Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Henderson Town Board, held on the 16th day of November 1926, the following Resolution was passed," and will be submitted for Confirmation as a Special Order at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board to be held on TUESDAY, the 21st day of December, 1926, in the Foresters' Hall, Henderson, at 7.30 p.m., viz.:— " That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in It by the provisions of The Local Bodies Loons Act, 1926, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Henderson Town Board hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, as follows :—- ---'• That the Special Loan of £5500, authorised by a poll of the Ratepayers taken on the 19th day of June, 1926, for the purpose of the Krection and Completion of a Town Hall for the District, with and including offices, shops and conveniences, and the carrying out and completion of all works and matters incidental thereto, being insufficient to complete the works and matters sanctioned, the Henderson Town Board hereby authorises the raising of a Special Supplementary Loan of £550 (being 10 per centum additional of the original loan of £5500) for the purpose of completing the erection of the Town Hall and other matters incidental thereto. " That the currency of such Loan shall be for a period of 36J years, with provision for a sinking fund of not less than One per centum per annum. " That the security for the said Loan be a Special Rate of Oneeighth of a Penny in the Pound on the unimproved value of all ratable property in the Henderson Town District. " That the costs, charges, and expenses of raising the Loan, but not Ihe Interest nnd sinking fund for the first year, be paid out of the Loan." Dated this 18th day of November, 1926.
