DISARMAMENT OBLIGATIONS.
INDIGNATION IN GERMANY. BERLIN, October 22. The allegations that the Ambassadors' Conference has decided that Germany has not fulfilled its disarmament obligations has caused indignation. The newspapers ' declare that the allegation is outrageous. The "Taglischc Rundschau,'' under the caption. "Fussines=. Pin-pricks and Bagatelles," say* it has official authority for denying the Ambassadors' allegations. It is expected that the Government will immediately protest, and again demand the withdrawal of the Allied Mission. ' —«<»- .
