These six Alsatian wolf hounds arrived at Auckland by the steamer Turakina from London. The dogs, whose 1 breed is well'known in connection with police work, chiefly in America and on the Continent, were bred-by Mr. John Stewart, of Glasgow, who it also coming to New Zealand. In the meantime they have been sent to the quarantine station.
