VALENTINO'S WILL.
NOTHING FOR FIRST WIFE. SECOND LEFT ONE DOLLAR. NEW YORK, October 10. The provisions of the will of Rudolph Valentino, the film actor, have been revealed by his lawyer, Mr. W. I. Gilbert, of Los Angeles. The estate is estimated at one million dollars (£200,000). This ia exclusive of Valentino's interest; in "The Son of the Sheik" and ■ "The' Eagle>" his last pictures, which are still being shown, and from which the lawyers expect a large sum for the estate.
In addition to insurance policies for £10,000 the estate consists of his Hollywood home, the value' of wHich "is estimated at £35,000, his collection of armour and antiques, valued at. £15,000, motor cars, horses, dogs and his yacht. Valentino's first wife, Jean' Acker, who rushed to be with' him in his fatal illness, is apparently not mentioned in the will at all.
Neither is there any bequest to Pola Negri, to whom Valentino was said to be betrothed at the time of his death.
Natacha Rambova (the stage name of Miss Winifred Hudnut), who receives the insulting bequest of 'one dollar, is the stepdaughter of an American millionaire perfumer. Valentino eloped with her to Mexico soon after his first wife divorced him,
Natacha in her turn divorced Valentino not long before his death.
To Mrs. Teresa Werner, aunt of M,us Hudnut, Valentino has.bequeathed one-, third of his estate, the other two-thirds going equally to his brother and. sister.
Another £200 3 000-in. gross receipts are expected to accrue from Valentino's last two pictures, "The Son of the Sheik" and "The Eagle." "■',..'.
Valentino's remembrance of Mrs. Werner is supposed to be due to the fact that she was loyal to him when he separated from his second wife.
