NOT GUILTY BUT INSANE.
CURRY TO BE DETAINED. (Received 1 p.m.) ' ' SYDNEY, this day. William Frederick Curry was found ?ot guilty of murder on the grounds of insanity, and was ordered to be detained during the Governor's pleasure.
Curry attacked his wife with an iron oar but she managed to struggle through the bedroom window into the garden. Curry followed her, dragging her back into the bedroom where he cut her throat. He gave himself up to the police at Fairfield.
