Mr. Justice Sim delivered the Appeal [ Court's judgment this morning in the 1 case of William Steplienson Johnson v. j William James Grevatt, and another, ' heard on October IS, in which Mr. Jus- : tice Herdman ordered a new trial. j The appeal was 'allowed and the order ; for a new trial set aside, and the case i was remitted to the Supreme Court so j that judgment may be entered for ! appellant for the damages awarded by the jury, with costs to be fixed by the j Supreme Court, including costs of t.ie ! motion for a new trial. j Respondents were ordered to pay the j costs of the appeal on the highest scale ; as from a distance. ; ====== i
