Star or the East has shown promise over the battens, and he may be prominent in the hurdles at this fixture. Ballymoy 11. will leave ror Wellington this evening to fulfil engagements at the spring meeting. Beau Cavalier was sent to Cambridge this morning to compete at the Waikato Hunt meeting. Barometer and Quincoma will go to Cambridge on Saturday. Rahepoto was sold during the week, but he will still remain in A. Cox's chargp. W.
