The couniry in the footwall nf this • ; seam is of a splendid description and w-il ? mineralised. A couple n£ quartz strinc-rs p dropping from the seam carry c.>pp-r l pyrites and silica: According to indicati'ous the reef should be near at hand. The country is becoming | much firmer, and carries heavily mineralised ' seams Tbe last few slwrs have exposed a 1 reef Ift wide coming in from the footwall .'side of the break. Owing to the influence of the l.reak it will be n-cessary to drive 0 on the reef a few feet to ascertain i-s true r direction :in doing so the junction with th--3 Dawn of Hope reef should be picked up.
