Tenders are invited up to NOVEMBER I . 10, 1926, for the Purchase of the PLANT AND MACHINERY, comprising the complete equipment of the Prison Department's Sawmill at Erua, North Island, Main Trunk Line. The Plant, which is in first-class ordar, is capable of an average weekly output of 55,000 super feet, and includes Hauler and Logging Trucks, two Portable Boilers and Engines, Breakdown Bench, Breast Beach, two Planers and Sharpener, Iron Tram Rails, together with all necessary and spare Shafting, Belting, Pulleys, Saws, etc. The Plant may be seen on the site and detailed specifications obtained from the ' Prisons Department, Wellington, or from the Officer in Charge, H.M. Prison, Waikune. National Park. All tenders, which will be received for the plant as 'it stands or alternatively, f.o.r.
