'"I have not seen one port," he said at last night's meeting of the Harbour Board, "that Wellington does not take precedence over. We have the finest wharves, in my opinion, and the finest approved methods of handling cargoes and for convenience of ships. There was only one thing which I saw that I thought might be applied here.
