MARSDEN LICENSING BENCH.
(By Telegraph,.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. At the meeting of the Marsden Licensing Committee, applications for renewals of publicans' licenses were granted to J. T. Caldwell (Maungaturoto Hotel) and John Haynes (Waiwera Hotel). An application from A. E. McMahon (Mr. Bannister) for the Whangarei Hotel was adjourned till October 5.
