FIRE IN WELLINGTON.
STOCKS DAMAGED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A fire in a building in Harris Street owned by the City Council did considerable damage. Tolley and Sons, electrical engineers, on the ground floor, suffered most, but had insurance amounting to £10.000. On the first floe Dawson and Maudsley, importers, had their stock affected by heat and smoke. The building, a brick cne, did not suffer much injury.
