SKYSCRAPER HATS.
LONDON, August 23. Fashion's latest decree says the "Star" is women's skyscraper hats, with a 12in crown, and an inch brim. The shapes resemble chimney pots, funnels, .directoire toppers, drum-major hats, and jockey-peaked busbies.
