A Brooklyn ' magistrate, has just increased the public debt for amusement by ruling that a hearse is a pleasure .vehicle. On Manhattan Bridge there are different traffic lanes for commercial and pleasure vehicles, and a hearse was being driven along the lane reserved for the pleasure class of conveyance.
