MAN'S HEAD INJURED.
Whilst working on the installation of a petrol bowser tank at the corner of Rutland and Wellesley Streets this morning a man named Henry Bennett, residing in Newton Road, was injured through a piece of timber falling on his head. He was taken to the hospital by the St. John ambulance, and after half-a-dozen stitches had been put into a scalp wound, Bennett was able to proceed to his home.
